Gail Kelly qualified from the University of Ulster with a B.A. Honours in Fine Art Printmaking and an M.F.A. from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, U.S.A. She returned home from America in 1992 and began trading as Algan Arts in 1995. Gail lives and works in the countryside near Belfast where she has her studio, a large garden, hens and ducks. |
